Kris Humphries Demands Prenup Cancelled for a Planned Tell-all About Kim Kardashian

It has been reported that Kris Humphries is currently working in earnest to have their prenup agreement cancelled so that he could "dish out more dirt" regarding his marriage with Kim Kardashian.

Kris Humphries wants the pre-nuptial contract voided on the grounds that the couple were never married. This is because it contains a confidentiality confidentiality clause that prohibits either one from discussing intimate details of the relationship to the media.

This, they contend, is why Humphries wants the marriage annulled on the grounds of 'fraud.'





According to family law expert Lisa Helfend Meyer, a senior partner at Meyer Olson & Lowry, as saying: 'If they were never married, then the prenup wouldn't be in effect and there would be no confidentiality.
