It's no secret that the past year has its fair share of ups and downs for Kim Kardashian but the reality star was all smiles as she rang in the New Year in Las Vegas.

And a new year means a new look for Kardashian, who showed off some new bangs while celebrating at Tao in Las Vegas—a party she reportedly made $600,000 just for attending.

The National League of Junior Cotillions, whose major mission is to spot misbehaving people as compared to their impeccably good manners, has named Kim Kardashian as the year's most ill-mannered person. You can also refer to her simply as "Krazy Biatch."

It has been reported that Kris Humphries is currently working in earnest to have their prenup agreement cancelled so that he could "dish out more dirt" regarding his marriage with Kim Kardashian.

Kris Humphries wants the pre-nuptial contract voided on the grounds that the couple were never married. This is because it contains a confidentiality confidentiality clause that prohibits either one from discussing intimate details of the relationship to the media.

This, they contend, is why Humphries wants the marriage annulled on the grounds of 'fraud.'

Kim Kardashian Sues Publicist For Calling Her Wedding a Sham

Kim Kardashian is suing one named Jonathan Jaxson, who says he was Kim's former publicist, for calling her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries a huge sham.

In fact, Kardashian has hired lawyer Marty Singer to seek $200,000 in damages.

On Friday, Jaxson told "Good Day L.A." that he worked for the E! reality star from 2007 to 2009 and that the marriage was staged.

Kardashian claims that Jaxson worked for her on only one project — a blog — and that he is in violation of a signed confidentiality document.

On his personal blog, Jaxson released the following statement over the weekend: "To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either (party's) signature on it."

A query for comment from Kardashian's publicity team by TheWrap has not yet been responded to.

Despite Kim Kardashian's absence from the public eye, her sisters Khloe and Kourtney are busy promoting their new novel, Dollhouse. They were at The Grove mall in LA yesterday.

The sisters have been busy promoting the novel, which has come hot on the heels of mother Kris Jenner's autobiography All Things Kardashian.

It is also the latest in the Kardashian brand which covers fashion stores, perfume and TV spin-off shows.
In a plot which seems to closely resemble the sisters' real lives, Dollhouse tells the tale of three sisters Kamille, Kassidy, and Kyle Rameros who live in Los Angeles.

Their mother has remarried and their new stepfather, a world-famous all-star baseball player, has come complete with two stepsiblings.

Khloe and Kourtney recently explained why Kim isn't taking part in the book's promotion.

'She loves her fans so much, as we all do, and it was really hard for her to take some time off because she doesn’t want to disappoint any of her fans but it’s definitely something that she needs to do,' Khloe recently told Celebuzz.
