Croatian Journalist Sues Angelina Jolie for "Stealing my Story"
Croatian journalist James J. Braddock is suing Angelina Jolie for stealing his story (published in 2007) and using it as the basis for her new film and directorial debut, Land of Blood and Honey.

Lucius Foster, the estranged father of award-winning star Jodie Foster, hobbled to court on a zimmer frame to defend himself against accusations of committing a $130,000 housing fraud. If convicted, Lucius might spend 20 years in jail.
In his opening statement, Deputy City Attorney Don Cocek told the LA courtroom: 'Mr Foster is a liar and a cheat.
'He has had a scam going for years to steal money from people. A lot of people fell for it. He sounded so convincing.'

Transgender Model Sues Khloe Kardashian for "Beating Her Up"
Ronald Spears, who is also known as "Chantal Spears" and a transgender model, is suing Khloe Kardashian for laying a hand on her.
The "beating allegedly occurred in December 2009, outside of the Playhouse Nightclub in Hollywood.
At the time, Spears told TMZ that Khloe, now 27, became aggressive after Spears approached her basketballer husband Lamar Odom, who was 30 at the time, and said that he was 'too young to be married'.

It estimates that she has made $250million over the past 10 years, but the launch of her own skincare and lingerie lines now look set to push her earnings into the stratosphere.
Unfortunately for many of the model's fans, though, the collection will only be available in C&A's Brazilian stores.
