While Wesley Snipes is currently serving a three-year prison term for failing to pay his taxes, that does not stop American Express from suing him for allegedly failing to pay his credit card bill amounting to $29,343.03, plus interest.
Snipes racked up the said credit card debt and failed to settle it before he went to prison.
Ironically, Snipes was one of the most famous endorsers of Amex.
