Despite ging to great lengths trying to quash the rumors that their marriage is on the rocks, Katy Perry and Russell Brand spent Christmas day with thousands of miles of ocean between them--Katy enjoying Hawaii, while Russell bonking himself in Cornwall.

While Brand, 36, enjoyed himself with friends in Cornwall, his 27-year-old wife was sunning herself in the surf in Hawaii.

The couple, who married in October last year after a whirlwind romance, have gone out of their way lately to quash speculation that their marriage is on shaky ground.

That good work however may be undone by the fact Miss Perry wasn’t wearing her wedding ring as she frolicked in the sea with friends.

Colin Farrell Spends A "Charitable" Christmas

Children at Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Dublin were delighted on Christmas day by an unannounced visit by Colin Farrell, who then spent a few hours distributing gifts.

His unannounced visit surprised staff and patients alike, and according to reports, even his publicist was unaware he would be there.

He cuddled the kids and chatted away to them as he spent some time in the hospital spreading some Christmas cheer to them.

Lady Gaga has uploaded a new song, “Stuck on F*ckin You” on her official Youtube channel on Christmas Eve, and it’s nothing like you've ever heard from her before.

Instead of the synthesizers and over-the-top production and lengthy instrumental, Lady Gaga opted for a simpler blues-y attack on the record.
